Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Though we wish and hope you never have to use this policy but still if ever, the product delivered is damaged or not the one you ordered i.e an incorrect product has been delivered then you can return your order within 7days of the ordered delivery.
  2. Only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, you can return the product. In any other case, the delivered product wouldn’t be accepted back.
  3. Note that the product returned must be in the same condition that it was delivered and should have all the original tags and packaging intact.
  4. The customer needs to mail us at [email protected]within 7days of the ordered delivery and also has to specify an exact reason in case of return and exchange of a product.
  5. Once we receive the mail and the reason for return is justified we will pick up the product from your place within 5days of receiving the mail.
  6. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved you’ll get the same product that you had ordered at the first place. No refund will be given. The damaged/incorrect product will be replaced with the correct product within 7days of the mail notifying of the return approved.
  7. International orders will also not be eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect or a damaged product has been delivered.
